A North Carolina native, Jason has been practicing real estate in Raleigh for over 13 years. In the fall of 2008, Jason co-founded RtownLiving, a real estate team focused on the growth and development of "inside-the-beltline" Raleigh after seeing an opportunity for a new breed of real estate agent. This new breed is one with modern, creative marketing ideas who focuses on the clients' needs first.

Jason has extensive knowledge in home staging, luxury homes, and profitable sales in today's ever-changing real estate market. Jason, an NC State graduate, is honored to continue to call downtown Raleigh his home and to give back to the place that has taught him so much. Jason enjoys good wine and sushi, greyhound rescue and adoption, and playing piano for his church. Jason is a valued contributor to the Downtown Living Advocates as well as the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.

After making a resounding impact on Raleigh's downtown scene in the service industry, Chuck brought his hospitality and networking experience to the flourishing "inside-the-beltline" real estate market co-creating RtownLiving. With his fresh new ideas and high energy, Chuck's clients attest to his diligent service as well as his extensive knowledge of downtown Raleigh, and many times find themselves included in his close personal network of friends.

As a very hands-on supporter of Raleigh development, Chuck has created a Young Professionals networking group that meets regularly to support Raleigh's growth initiative. Chuck is also active as a member of the Downtown Living Advocates, a group of downtown Raleigh residents who wish to position downtown Raleigh as a residential neighborhood with an attractive living environment. When "off of the clock," Chuck enjoys spending time with his close friends, playing with his two dogs, and volunteering coaching lacrosse.
